** JUDIBANA BUNGALOW RENTAL - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **

1. What is included in the rental rate rate? Rent covers for your staying at Judibana Bungalow, access to Curacao Marriott Beach Resort, weekly cleaning of the property, a basic provision of food in the fridge, and a bottle of wine compliments from us.  

2. Do I have to pay additional taxes? Any hidden charge? Rental fee includes all sort of taxes. There is no additional taxes.

3. What is your reservation policy? Our standard terms are 40% of the total payment to reserve the property and balance a week prior arrival. Nevertheless, there are exceptions for those reserving extensive periods (2 weeks, 1 month)  or way in advance, such a 6 months to a year in advance. For those cases, we can reduce the reservation fee provided you can prove you are indeed committed to rent the property.  

5. What is your cancellation policy? If we can rent the rent the property for the time period you have reserved, we will return your reservation deposit.

6. What are the accepted payment methods? Either check or electronic transference is ok with us. We are just starting the process of accepting credit cards via PayPal

7. Can we bring additional guests at the last minute? No problem. Charges for rental of Judibana Bungalow are fixed up to a max. of 5 guests.

6. What are the check in/out times? We are quite flexible on this, unless we have guests leaving and entering on the same day. On those days, we ask guests to leave by noon and while require about 4 hours to fully clean the property. 

7. Where is the hotel area located, how far is from the airport? The hotel area is located south to Curacao International Airport at only 15 minutes driving. Refer to  driving directions in this website for more details. Besides the Caribbean Beach Resort, major hotels chains: Marriot, Hilton, Clarion & Floris are also located in the Piscadera Bay area.

8. Should I rent the car at the airport or later at the hotel area? Both options are possible. Driving from the airport is easy and convenient specially during your return.

9. If I decide to take a taxi what is the estimated fare? What is the exact address to give the driver? Taxi fare is about US$ 20.  Tell the driver to take you to Caribbean Beach Resort or La Vista Resort (the one at front). If does not know location of Caribbean Beach Resort ask the driver to take you to Hilton or Marriott Hotel. Just after reaching the round towards the hotel area and start to go down ask the driver to take the first one to the right then to the left. Yhis work better than give them ans specific address. (look at the aerial views provided in this website).

10. Will we meet at the Bungalow at our arrival? How do we get the keys? We will be in close contact prior to your arrival. Usually we meet at the property but please feel to call us as soon as you arrive if you have problems with transportation or finding the property.

11. How does the free access to Curacao Marriott Beach Resort works? Which resort facilities can I make use of? You will receive corporate membership cards at your arrival. Cardholders have same rights as any other hotel guest, plus you are entitled to some discounts in some of the restaurants at Marriott.

12. How long doest it take me to walk to Marriott resort from your property? About 8 min at a very comfortable pace.

13. Is the pool area of Caribbean Beach Resort usually crowded? How many apartments make use of the pool ? Most of the time you will see resort guests at the pool area, specially during weekends. Caribbean Beach Resort 22 townhouses and 11 bungalows all of which have access to the pool area.

14. Is the property equipped with kitchens utensils, silverware, linens, etc. Property is fully equipped with almost everything you can imagine.

15. Does the property has satellite TV channels available? We are working on this. Right now you only have access to local channels and a couple of channels from Venezuela TV network.

16. Does the property has a central sound system? Property has a sound system with speakers located at the terrace.  

17. Does the property has split type air conditioners at each room and living room? Yes, this is the case. Guests are free to keep it on as much as they want or just open the windows and enjoy the fresh marine breeze present all year around.

18. Can you smoke inside the property? Our property is a smoke free one. Nevertheless, smoking outside at the terrace it is allowed. 

19. Does the property offers a patio set at the terrace? Yes, property terrace has a patio set for enjoyment of the guests.  

19. Does the property has a gas barbecue grill at the terrace? Yes, property is equiped with a gas barbecue grill located at the terrace for outside cooking of your favorite dishes.  

20. Can we have breakfast/dinner at the outside terrace? Yes, you are free to use the patio furniture at the terrace to outside terrace for breakfast or dinner.

21. Can we rinse our diving equipment at the outside terrace?  Unfortunately, this is not allowed.

22. Does the property has 110 or 220 VAC power outlets ? Property has only 110 VAC available.

23. Are pets allowed? Unfortunately pets are not allowed at our property.
