Rental Rates
Posted rates are for 1 week period. Apply extra 5%,10%,15% off for 2/3/4 weeks rentals, repectively.

Our rates includes
- All sort of taxes. That is all you have to pay. No hidden charges.!!!!!
- Access to Marriott Beach Resort (max. 2 guests).
- Water and Electricity Supply (up to 40 KW/day).
- 24x7 internet (1Mbyte) wireless connection.
- Cable TV access (CNN,Fox News, USA, and other channels are available).
- Weekly cleaning of the property.
- A bottle of Spanish wine Vina Sol or a case of Venezuelan Polar beer.
- A basic provision of food (water, milk, bread, eggs, cookies, coffee, jelly, etc) for next day breakfast/lunch
Rental period can start any day of the week. Minimum rental period is 1 week or 5 days depending on season.
Arrival and departure:
We are quite flexible on this, unless we have guests leaving and entering on the same day. On those days, we ask
our guests to leave by noon and while require about 4 hours to fully clean the property.
Cleaning:
Property will be cleaned before you come and weekly during your stay. Once you arrive, we will agree on
the most convenient day to clean the property.
Liability:
During rental period the tenant is liable for all damages made on our property and its surroundings. The landlord
is not liable for lost or theft of personal belonging of the tenant.
Payment:
We ask for 40% of the total payment to reserve the property. Balance is due 1 week before arrival. Different
payment conditions can be agreed for those reserving longer time periods (2 weeks or more) or those reserving
way in advance (6 months to a year).
Cancellation:
We strongly advise you to insure yourself on cancellation possibility. Our policy is to return any reservation deposit provided we can rent the property again for the reserved time period.
