Our Judibana Bungalow #1 & #2 are both located in a new small resort consisting of 11 bungalows and 22 town houses. Resort is gated with a community pool and beautiful landscaping located in the area of Piscadera Bay. The location of this resort is perfect if you like relaxing on the beach. The resort is located about 10 minute drive to the airport (refer to driving directions provided in this website).

Both bungalows are just identical each with aprox. 1,200 sq. mt consisting of a spacious master bedroom with private shower bathroom. Two single bedrooms with shared shower bathroom. Covered entrance leads to a spacious living room with sliding doors to the covered porch behind the house. Half open kitchen with a stove and breakfast bar. Property is equipped with 24x7 wireless internet connection, cable TV & charcoal barbecue grill among other ammenities

Nice restaurants like Hut Hooks & Sjalotte are at walking distance from the property. Restaurant Sjalotte is down the hill and is known for its fine dining. For gambling you can go to the Marriott hotel that also has several restaurants and nightlife. The Hilton Hotel is right next to the Marriott and has a great gym and spa including tennis courts, bars and restaurant. All this is within walking distance of Caribbean Beach Resort. For business travelers Curacao World Trade Center is also 5 minute walk. AND FINALLY THE BEST OF ALL !!, BOTH PROPERTIES ARE RENTED WITH FREE ACCESS TO CURACAO MARRIOTT BEACH RESORT for two guests.

Massages and Beauty treatment can also be arranged.

Rental price includes 2 passes to 5 stars CURACAO MARRIOTT Beach Resort & Emerald Casino. Most of our visitors rank access to this resort as an excellent compliment. CURACAO MARRIOTT Resort has top facilities which includes a spectacular beach, a beautiful pool overlooking the beach, gym, restaurants, and a water & sports center.
The complex also has its own pool facilities. Pool is very well maintained and located at just steps from the bungalow.
There are three PADI certified diving operators located at walking distance from the property. Each operator is located at the hotel facilities of Marriott, Hilton and Floris respectivelly. Many of our guests prefer the operator at Marriott because of the relationship. Nevertheless, We have heard good comments from them all.

Our Rental Fees

Our rental fees includes:
1. All sort of taxes (that�s all you have to pay no hidden charges).
2. Water & electricity consumption up to 40KW/day.
3. 24x7 internet (1Mbyte) + access to satellite channels (CNN,Fox News, USA, and other channels are available).
4. Weekly cleaning service of the property due Wednesday morning.
5. Two (2) passes to access Curacao Marriott Beach Resort facilities valid for the all period of staying.
6. A bottle of Spanish wine Vina Sol or a case of Venezuelan Polar beer.
