Liability: During rental period the tenant is liable for all damages made on our property and its surroundings. The landlord
is not liable for lost or theft of personal belonging of the tenant.
Standard Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, our standard payment terms is 40% of the total payment to reserve the property. Balance is due 1 week before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: We strongly advise you to insure yourself on cancellation possibility. Our policy is to return any reservation deposit provided we can rent the property again for the reserved time period.
